The Edge Fulton engineers have taken decades of experience with designing and manufacturing vertical tubeless boilers and have created the Edge. All of the time proven benefits and design features of the Classic Vertical Tubeless Boiler have been maintained. The 2-Pass design has been optimized with the addition of the flue gas enhancing system. Using a massive heat transfer surface, high velocity flue gases travel over a cylindrical grid of heat convection fins. These fins radiate additional heat evenly to the outer side of the water vessel, resulting in maximum efficiency while still maintaining the pressure vessel's longevity. The results are efficiencies of up to 84 percent! Built and stamped to the ASME Code, Fulton 4-30 BHP vertical tubeless steam boilers are CSA Approved, UL Approved as packaged boilers, and are manufactured to CSD-1 Code, with state of the art microprocessor burner controls. Fulton vertical tubeless boilers can be ordered with combination oil and gas capabilities or can be converted at any time simply and economically. All Fulton boilers are completely trimmed, packaged boilers. No additional fuel train items or electrical wiring is needed.
