Speed Check Sling Carts are designed to facilitate the sorting, storing and moving of soiled linen, garments and dust control items such as mats and mops. With a base of solid sheet steel and 4" swivel casters with polyurethane tires, these rugged carts are moved smoothly from the sorting area to your conveyor lift or washroom. The cart sides are fabricated from heavy duty welded tubing. Strap retention studs are provided at all four corners of the cart for easy mounting of the sling. Carts can be constructed with size and shape to fit applications. Examples of typical models are: Washroom Cart: Used for unloading washers and tumblers. Only 32" high overall, this unit will fit under washer doors to receive the load of a 200 pound pocket. The side supports of this cart are vertical to facilitate lifting of a wet load, and one side is open for easy sling removal. Slant Top: Used to unload a low door or tilting washer. The low side of the cart can be as low as 19". It is available in sizes to unload up to 450 pounds into a single sling. Standard Square: Used for slings from 75 to 200 pounds. Carts are made to fit individual sling sizes to assure a full usable sling opening. Custom Oblong: Used to accommodate a split pocket sling. Has an additional side bracing to add stability to the longer side of the cart.
