Speed Check's Powered Storage Conveyor garment system offers level, non-packing, no pressure storage for your ready to deliver or out of service garments. With a ceiling height of no more than twelve feet, it is now possible to put garments overhead and still maintain use of the entire floor area beneath. Some of the Powered Storage Conveyor features include: Each PSC is individually reversible so that after a partial unloading operation, the remaining garments may be returned to the starting point and the PSC completely reloaded. Controls are provided to fit the application - load switches, stop switches, full indicator light panel, unload and reverse switches, and programmable PLC. There is no friction between garment hangers and the PSC, as all garments remain on the same conveyor space throughout the loading and storage operation. Each PSC is constructed on an individual frame to assure proper alignment and strength. Large bundle capacity is possible as each PSC is operable at lengths up to one hundred feet. Each PSC is individually powered with motor and take up on same end for ease of maintenance. There is no common drive system.
