The versatile Sort-O-Veyor works well with power storage conveyors using plant overhead space to the maximum. With up to 36 sort stations, the Speed Check Sort-O-Veyor is designed for uniform rental and any laundry needing to be sorted. The conveyor travels right to your operators, allowing them to process thousands of garments a day without leaving the work station. The result is simple - a faster more efficient work flow. Easily customized to meet your particular, plant requirements, the Sort-O-Veyor operates well in overhead space, on 2nd levels and over storage areas. Variations in conveyor length, routing, number of sorts and storage spaces allow you to gain valuable space and minimize the need for carts and rolling racks. In time, as your plant volume increases or service needs change, your system can be relocated within your plant or to a new building using most, if not all, of your existing components. The Sort-O-Veyor can be used for single sort operations or expanded to have more sorts and assembly steps. You can choose to combine garments by routes, accounts, individual persons or by the service to be performed. You can also set up disbursement to various finishing units, inspection stations and storage areas. All Sort-O-Veyor hooks are clearly numbered allowing operators to make quick and easy selections for separate sorting destinations.
